Work with spirit,
with your Self,
this is a natural
thing to do,
you may not have
full awareness of
how much Love
flows through you.
You need not criticize
the ego,
it is trying so hard
to work things out,
but a more natural
state of receiving
is what true Flow
is all about.
It is your ego
that distrusts,
but this is not the Self
that knows,
tap into spirit,
your Higher Self,
flow with Grace
as your day unfolds!

throughout your soul,
and also in your DNA,
there is no-where that
Love is not,
Love is Here,
with you,
always.
As circles are
unbroken,
do you not flow
as an infinite loop,
the Love You Are
is boundless
and All You Love
flow forever
with you.
You are part of
Love’s tapestry,
each thread is precious
Here,
there are no gaps
in This Infinite,
All You Love
are woven with you,

With intention,
sense vibration,
This is your natural
State of Be-ing,
it takes a second,
a quiet moment,
switching your focus
from life’s thousand
things.
You need not dispel
all of your thoughts,
but when your focus
shifts to Here,
your attention aligns
with Love’s resonance,
ego’s noise is left
elsewhere.
Your beautiful mind
has many purposes,
in life use it as
you need,
but when you wish
to return Home,
Here You Are,
one breath
to Peace.

Sense the power of
your innate Strength,
it has served you
in your life,
it is not used to
divide or conquer,
it is the Force of
your eternal Light.
May your Strength
propel you forward,
enlist your Courage
to find a way,
sense the support of
loved ones and angels,
you can handle what
life brings today.
With your Light
so brightly shining,
turning up with
Gratitude,
with Humility as
Love’s clear vessel,
All of This flows
through All of You!

When you sense
the push of life,
your reaction may be
to push back,
when force meets force
it does not leave
much room,
it may feel like
an attack.
There may be times
when defense is
what you need,
but for most of your
daily routine,
become aware of what
you take personally,
it may not be what
it seems.
Might you learn new steps
to dance with life,
sometimes change is
what you need,
when old patterns appear,
do they not invite
a new way to explore,
to Be.
Ponder this throughout
your day,
scratch below the surface
here,
what is automatic
is ego’s rut,
rise above,
dance with life,

each breath you take,
the egoic mind wants to
jump ahead,
expectations,
dreams and wishes
take up all the space
in your head.
Return to your clear
Seat of Knowing,
release what you
think you need,
in This Present
does your heart now
beat out a rhythm
you can believe.
Return to This
place of comfort,
as life unfolds
each day my dear,
with Gratitude for what
your heart brings to you –
know Love is forever

is Home.
You may feel there are
too few moments
when you sense Peace,
a place of rest,
but This exists within,
throughout you –
and Here
always
is Home.
It may be hard
to sense This comfort,
the human mind is
distracting, loud,
part the veil by
turning down
the noise –
and Here
always
is Home.
You need not travel
a great distance
thinking you are
not “good enough,”
you are precious,
perfect as your
natural state,
Here always Home.
Believe in You,
in your soul’s
knowing,
question belief systems
you build,
receive, embrace
This simple Truth –
Here You Are
always
at Home!

superpower,
but do not save it
for special times,
yes it centers you
to Peace,
Love helps to calm
the noisy mind.
Is not its greatest
power – You,
Love is here experiencing
what you are,
invite and integrate
with Love,
sense the Wholeness
of Who You Are.
Direct Love’s power
to your human-ness
so Love may ripple
out,
your purpose is not
to change the world,
but to Be Wholly
what Love is about!

of compassion,
question what your
mind may think,
chart old patterns,
do they not run
around in circles
and then repeat.
You as observer
Are Awareness,
see straight through
fear now to know,
no-thing can dampen
your innate Strength,
You Are a Be-ing
to behold.
Your answers dwell
within you dearest,
you need no longer
search or seek,
Be at Home,
at Peace,
rejoice as
Here You Are,
forever free!

You may feel
you are not heard,
but Love hears everything
you say,
you wish for messages
to be received,
but life shows up
in different ways.
You look for affirmation
to help you know
that you are doing
fine,
bumping up against
another may stir up
patterns from past
times.
With Love’s help
create a space
for these emotions
to feel at home,
you need not analyze
every detail,
observe and comfort
from your soul.
Return to the Center
of You,
releasing judgment
that separates,
from This Wholeness
is not healing
remembering
You Are Loved
always!
