But what of those
who “get under your skin”,
who may cause
you to prickle,
who you are not
“in sync” with,
do not these
experiences
create the most
learning?
Send Love.

It is up to you
as a human
to say who
is in your life –
you do not
need to agree
or “go along”
with another’s views –
but cannot your soul
see past
the human facade
and send Love?

Does not the reaching out
with Love,
serve as a
healing balm in you –
if you can
send Love to
“that one” out there –
might it not
be hard to
also send Love
to you?

When you look
with a critical eye,
while dwelling in
human comparative mode –
is it not hard
to turn off
the eyes of judgement –
when you wonder
if you are
“deserving” of Love,
is that not when
you need Love the most?
Send Love.

As others are
a mirror to you,
as you send Love
with no strings attached –
are you not
accepting and allowing
Love to wrap around
to all of You –
yes, those parts of you
that need Love, too –
is not every action
a request for Love?
Send Love.

Can you send Love
without a request –
and as you give it
freely to all,
might you surprise yourself
that as you become adept
at sending Love,
you are more able
to receive?

What you send out
comes back to You –
with experiences,
with lessons learned –
as you send Love,
might you sense and feel
Love flowing back
to You?

As You Are Love –
send Love,
receive Love.
