Shine your Light
like sun and moon.

Fog and clouds
may sometimes feel
oppressive,
may this be a perfect
time to reflect,
re-align, recharge
and then remember –
to shine your Light
like sun and moon.

Connect with your
sisters and brothers,
every one is looking
for a Light,
Be a beacon in
your unique-ness –
shine your Light
like sun and moon.

Life is a cycle
ever-changing,
Love is constant and
always Here,
whether sky is cloudy,
foggy or dazzling
blue –
Be the Radiance
of sun and moon!

With Trust

Trust and believe
your intuition,
it may whisper maybe,
other times you know,
ego has many thoughts
on what to do,
often disrupting flow.

As human you yearn
for certainty,
but life unfolds here
day by day,
but as You Are an
integrated Be-ing,
know you have helpers
along the way.

Loved ones and guides
delight in joining
in with the music
of your soul,
Here within is your
True Essence –
singing its song
of Joy and flow!

Willingness

Be willing.

Try something new,
believe in your 
Truth,
dare to dream 
and then follow 
through,
when Love’s music
invites you to sing – 
Be willing,
Be free.

Change happens 
in seconds
and throughout 
the day,
have you not lost 
and then found 
your way,
may Faith and 
perseverance flow,
Be willing,
Be you.

Truth may feel 
elusive at times
in life,
when in doubt 
turn up your
brilliant Light,
see other Lights shining
back at you – 
Be willing,
Be strong,
Be Love,
Be You!

The Witness

parts that feel broken,
life is not a spectator
sport,
you are not meant
to be pristine,
a full experience is
what you came
here for.

Ego cannot fathom
Love with no strings,
call upon your soul to
Be the Witness here,
tend to any wounds
with Love’s Healing Balm,
honor and Love fiercely
what you avoid and fear.

See with the Eyes of
You as Witness,
receive This Comfort
soft as angel wings,
with no conditions
feel Love’s Embrace,
reminding Beloved,
You Are Whole
and free!

Allowance

Be you open to
life’s experiences,
Be Present for this
now,
as life unfolds
your soul reminds –
there is less friction
when you allow.

You as awareness
observe ego’s
gyrations,
working hard to
be okay,
may you remember
You Are, I Am,
from This allowance –
come what may.

Do not believe the
stories that ego
tells,
they are designed
to keep you small,
step into Love’s Flow
experiencing All That Is,
in This allowance,
Here you stand tall!

Unconditional

the stories
that have been woven
throughout the years,
do you not clear a path
to You as Love –
unconditional and
with no fear.

You need not strive
to get to this state,
it is Here –
your Essence True,
ego wraps you in its
armor believing it is
protecting you.

You seek answers from
the external,
but dear your power
is Here inside,
This Love has no conditions,
Here is All Strength that
you need in life.

Use This Light of Love
to guide you beyond
the stories that think
they are true,
unconditionally,
You Are This –
see with new eyes the
Wholeness of You!

This Joy

Do something for
the Joy of it,
do no-thing for
This Joy too,
Love flows freely
with no strings,
you need not do
to Be This Truth.

Your mind analyzes
all the time,
might you shift more
to your heart,
yes use mind to
work out details,
but soul as Witness
knows Who You Are.

You wish to do the
best you can,
but You as Joy is
your Essence true,
may Be-ingness give
your mind a rest –
behold This Joy
bubbling up in you!

Awakened Awareness

You wish for healing
of the past,
know consciousness
is not of time,
might you use
awakened awareness
so Light may clear
a shadow-y mind.

The mind holds and builds
intricate stories,
but always You can
re-write old scripts,
Be the Author now
awakened
and look with Love
upon All of This.

As the past lives in
mind and body,
Be This Presence and
with Love see –
what you hold onto
that was sleeping,
now as Love is able
to be free.

True forgiveness is
nothing to forgive,
may Grace enfold you
in its arms,
Be Here Now as
Loving awareness,
experiencing life as
Who You Are!

Doing Life, With Love

And do it with Love.

There are myriad things
to do in life,
and a thousand reasons
to,
check in with your
intention –
and do all with Love.

Life stories can be
complicated,
plot lines and twists
at every turn,
distill reasons down
to their essence –
and do all with Love.

Be aware of expectation
or needing an outcome
to prove worth,
Love simply asks you
to Be You –
doing life,
with Love.

Draw from Love’s Fountain
that bubbles up
when you release the
need to change,
as the next thing
comes up in life –
simply do it
with Love!

Simply Clear

Be All in –
in every moment,
Be Here Now Is
eternity,
Here is the destination
you’ve been seeking,
fully Present Is
infinity.

This is a challenge
with linear time,
as human you see
from here to there,
but as you awaken
to You eternal,
are You not Now
in the Everywhere?

Dive from the surface
to deeper dimensions
that vibrate a frequency
always Here,
reduce the noise of
your mind searching,
ah – Peace arises
simple and clear!
