Serving Love

What might
a dinner invitation
say to its
invitees –
“please come,
we are serving Love!”
Would not some
decline,
thinking that
they might
feel uncomfortable
accepting such
a feast of Love?

Might others
line up
to receive
an offering
of Love
that may
be scarce
and hard
to find –
might they
come to see
what does
it look like
when one
is serving Love?

Is not serving Love –
finding Love
in all you see,
in all you do –
yes, there are
twists and turns
as you experience life –
it can be
a challenge
at times
to find
Love when
you are looking out –
but are we
not talking
about You
As Love –
does not serving Love
begin with You?

Can you be
a model
for you to follow –
is not serving Love
serving the
greater good –
does it not
make sense
to expand
the Love
in You,
so you may
serve Love?

So put yourself
first in line-
as you serve Love,
do you not
receive Love, too?
You give yourself
the greatest gift
when you serve
the Love
That Is You.

Serving Love
allows for
Love
to flow
where Love
needs to Be –
can you Be
the Love
That You Are –
serving the
greater good –
Serving Love.
