Love Is You

As you peel away
the layers,
as you search
for common ground,
is not the common
denominator –
is not the answer
always Love?

Sometimes it takes
digging
to excavate it,
though it may be right
in front of you,
though you may
often complicate it,
is Love not simple
in its Truth?

From one soul
to another,
can you reflect
the Light you see,
when lights grow dim,
can you help hold
a flashlight for
another to see,
your stories may be
different,
but as you see
each other’s Lights,
can you remind
yourself
that Love shines
in the dark
or in the Light.

Take a look
beneath the layers,
see the Truth
of Who You Are,
Love is the core
of your Be-ing,
you need not travel
far,
Love is in each breath
you breathe,
Love exists beyond
the story of you,
the simple Truth
is Love is with You,
how can it not Be –
as Love Is You.

Is laughter not
a letting go?

When you need
to disengage
from the day to day,
when taking yourself
too seriously
keeps you attached
to the fray,
can you not find
humor,
be it silly
or part of play,
to help you surrender,
let go,
letting laughter
have its way?

If not a laugh,
it may be tears,
they too can
stop you in your
tracks,
but releasing is
a balm,
that can bring your
focus back,
demonstrating you are
to feel,
to Be,
in this present moment
now,
fully human,
but not just
“me”,
a part of
Everything,
somehow.

Let laughter or
tears,
open you up
when your mind begins
to numb,
or your heart
feels closed,
or you are ready
for some fun,
it can be exhausting,
being human,
sometimes you feel
you need a break,
can you let laughter
or tears flow,
separate or together,
for your sake?

Let go,
let it Be,
let yourself
off the hook –
succumb to
Be-ing You,
perfectly human,
yet always wrapped,
in your Magnificent
Divinity.

You play in sand
upon the beach,
you can walk
and leave footprints,
or when the sand
is just right,
you can pack it,
form it,
create,
will not the sand
return to its form,
always being sand
upon the beach,
inviting many to
play with
or move it,
letting imagination
teach?

Is life not like
the sand,
ready to be formed
into something new,
what do you wish
to create,
or stay the same –
the Perfect You,
you are potential,
you are possibility,
you are experiencing
You
in this moment now –
as malleable
as the sand,
but as vast as
the beach
that is beautiful.

No matter the external
forces
that may affect you,
causing you to shift,
as with the particle
of sand,
you can be solid
or you may drift,
know that no matter
what form you take,
You Are always
innately You,
an extension of
Divine Source,
like the breathtaking
beach,
dancing with
the ocean blue.

You Are One
and every particle,
making up the
Beautiful Whole –
Be the sand,
Be the beach,
Be the ocean,
Be It All.

A Loving Flow

What a blessing
to give Love,
and is it not
equally powerful
to receive Love?
It is not something
that you own,
you need not
hold it in –
is it not meant
to be shared,
moving without
and within?

This can be a
shared experience,
or one you can
feel on your own,
does Love not beat
within,
All hearts as
One,
be a part of the
flow,
that resonates
with Love,
can you feel it,
can you sense it,
as above
so below?

Be a loving switch
that can turn on
a Light,
to help bring lightness
to a sometimes
dark night,
when you connect
with another,
can they not see
their Light, too,
do you not support
each other,
when you share
the Love in You?

What a blessing to
give,
and to receive
in Love’s Flow,
you are part of
Love’s magic,
You Are One,
You Are Whole.

Once you quiet
the external,
what do You
say to you?
Have you really listened
lately,
to what your
heart is saying
to you,
you may think
you have been
quiet enough
to hear your
still, small
voice –
but might it
resonate more
loudly,
when you tune
into it
as the preferred choice?

Your mind may
come up with
distractions,
familiar patterns
or parts to play,
yes, it can be
disconcerting
to open up
to another way,
but can you give
yourself a pass
and move away
from labels of
right or wrong,
will not your heart
lead you in a
loving direction,
when you let it
sing its loving
song?

Move beyond
your usual expectations
to what your intuition
wishes to say –
with boldness,
Strength and Courage,
in Gratitude,
Be You,
today.

Guided

There is a tug,
a subtle pull,
that you may sense
throughout your life –
you may be aware
or have no knowledge,
but in your heart,
do you not feel it
there,
your soul has guidance
for you always,
sometimes a whisper,
sometimes a shout,
but does not this
Pull of Love,
help explain what
you are all about?

Do not get hung up
on the why,
or how the details
will work out,
your human mind
will help you there,
as you balance it
all out,
but keep your ear
to the still, small
voice,
that has led you to
this moment now,
in this familiar place
of Love,
what can you open
and allow?

Follow your nudges,
go with the flow,
try on what feels
right to you,
if you need to change
course,
you will know just
what to do,
let Love move you,
let Love guide you,
you are a constant
Be-ing of change –
and though things
may look different,
when All Is Love,
is it not the same?

The Pull of Love
will keep you moving,
let it open doors
for you,
enjoy the journey,
keep following Love,
as you experience
the Love
That Is You.

Be all sides of you.
Let Love surround
what feels separated,
see the Whole
That Is You.

This may feel like
a journey
to the human side
of you here,
but you are at
your destination –
Be-ing Love
and Loved so dear.

Be who you are.
Be True to what
ignites you.
What helps you
resonate with Love,
what brings you Joy
with what you do?

You can simplify
your day
or any moment
when you choose –
to Be Who and
Where You Are,
Be-ing the Love
That Is You.

Come back to Love.
Come back to You.

And is this not a
gentle reminder,
that though your mind
wishes to tell you
otherwise,
You Are Love
and so very Loved,
you are never separate
from Love.

And is it not delicious,
do you not revel in
this space,
when you remember,
when you feel it,
when you are surrounded
by Love’s embrace?

You can wrap yourself
in Love,
when you remember
Love Is Here –
Love is not what is
hiding,
with loving eyes
is it not clear,
your mind may tell
you a story,
you may believe
whatever it says,
but your heart
is full of knowing –
You Are beyond
all life or death.

Coming back to Love,
is coming back to You –
enjoy this beautiful
Homecoming,
You Are Love,
it is your Truth.

Co-exist.

And as your human selves
may work out
how to live together
on earth,
are not your souls
interlocked for purposes
that may be hard
to see at first,
when there are challenges
do you not grow,
are there not choices
that you make,
no choice is right
or wrong,
does it not help
you choose
which road that you
may take?

You are here to experience
life,
to live it fully,
to stretch and grow,
you co-exist with
others who are playing
their own roles here
as well,
when you limit taking
things so personally
as an affront to
who you think you are,
if All Are Love
at the soul level,
are you not all linked
with the Arms of Love?

Co-exist.
Your souls already
understand,
your human selves
see so many differences
and there is much
differentiation
across the land,
remember you are
experiencing duality,
though in your hearts
you beat as One,
feel your human emotion,
but extend an
extra step to see –
your heart can extend
Love to a fellow soul,
even as human,
you may disagree.

Co-exist.
You Are One
with Who You Are –
the Light of God,
the Divine Spark,
You All Are Light,
Love Is Who You Are.

with Love and
words spoken,

what separates you,
when you are brought

with Love,
is it not the Love

does Love not
bring you together,

Let Love gently
surround you,
let Love fill your
beautiful heart,

in This Presence,
