Loving Kindness

What makes you 
uncomfortable?
It may not be 
what you think,
as you look beneath 
the story,
what beliefs do you 
now see?

In early years of 
trying to
make sense of this 
oft-senseless world,
there may have been
choices made,
that helped deflect
feelings of hurt.

My dear,
compassion is the 
answer 
to all judgments that 
come up,
what you judge in 
another
may be what you 
are fearful of.

You need not unravel 
every detail,
or analyze every step
you take,
but being gentle 
with you
is the best choice 
you can make.

When compassion flows
within,
it cannot help but 
be shared,
with loving kindness 
to your self,
rejoice that Love 
is Everywhere!

Willingness

Be willing.

Lead with your 
heart,
what does it have 
to say?
Be Courage
as Strength,
Be willing,
today.

Allow the day’s
unfoldment,
accept each moment 
presently,
Be Gratitude
as Humility,
Be willing,
today.

Love is with you
every step,
be it heavy or 
so light,
your willingness 
opens All doors,
say yes to Love,
today.

Walk through this day 
with purpose,
with assuredness 
of This Truth,
Be Peace,
as Love,
Be willing,
always.

Your True Nature

Are you not drawn
to the beat,
to the magic of bird
and butterfly wings,
they catch your eye 
and lift your spirits
when you see a sign 
one of them brings.

Nature provides a 
collective palette 
for hope,
for wonder
to appear,
do you not rejoice 
when you hear owl,
or marvel at the
gracefulness of deer?

Does Love not resonate 
with All,
may you extend your 
self to it,
see your Self in a 
favorite tree,
extending its branches 
to All of This.

Experiencing as One
is your True Nature,
may nature assist 
when you wish to 
fly,
you are soaring 
with your heart,
as free as bird 
and butterfly!

Surprise Yourself

Be open to surprises,
though you may 
not like these
you say,
yes, you may wish 
to control more of what
happens throughout 
your day.

Be open to new 
moments,
you like the newness
of a new year,
might you relish 
any shiny chance
to create with Love,
my dear?

Try something new,
appreciate the old,
with discernment 
what is ready to 
change,
opportunities come 
your way – 
what is inviting you 
to rearrange?

Yes there is comfort 
in the familiar,
but even that you
can see differently,
see your Wholeness,
Be your Oneness,
surprise yourself
and as Love,
Be!

Choices

When there are choices 
to be made,
you may assume one 
is wrong or right,
might different paths 
create experiences 
that usher in the 
same bright Light.

Do not put pressure 
on yourself,
be aware of constriction
when fear says –
what if you make the 
wrong choice,
my dear,
You Are beyond 
all of the details.

With Love as your 
co-pilot,
with your heart 
as guiding Light,
as human you do 
your very best,
now release the judgment 
of what is “more right.”

In this world 
your future self
has all the means 
to make things work,
put your trust 
in You, my dear,
what is your Truth 
as plans unfurl?

In this moment 
find the Joy
that lights all paths 
that you may choose,
let Joy’s Light be 
your companion,
reminding all paths 
lead Home to You!

Clarity

Fear is like fog,
it may distort
what is truly 
Here,
does not Light 
dissolve the mist,
so that you may see
what is true and clear.

May you discover 
what clouds your mind,
what beliefs you are ready
to let go,
you may wear these 
as familiar trappings
that once defined who 
you used to know.

Who Are You 
in your clearest Essence,
take a look with eyes 
that clearly see –
your True Light shines
ever so brightly,
illuminating You
with loving clarity.

A Return to Love

When you are in doubt,
or are not sure what 
next to do,
return to your heart
to sense your purpose
and know your Truth.

Let the details of 
the story
fall away as you 
return,
to your Essence,
to your core,
to Who You Are
beyond this earth.

The road may split,
your path may take you 
on a detour with 
many curves,
Dear One,
you cannot be lost,
You Are always Home,
Love reassures.

Be-ing Love is your 
purpose,
it may take on 
many roles,
return Home 
to your heart,
remember what 
you always know!

Love’s Tapestry

Be a weaver of 
Love’s thread,
what might you 
create today?
Do you not pull 
from what you know,
what you have experienced 
along the way.

Love’s tapestry 
is a masterpiece,
You Are a thread,
You Are the whole,
as Love you are 
connected through 
Eternity,
heart to heart and 
soul to soul.

As Love’s thread,
what will you create?
You have All you need
at your fingertips,
ask for Love’s guidance 
as you begin,
ancestors,
loved ones love to 
help with This.

You Are a weaver 
of Love’s thread,
connected always 
beyond what you 
know,
trust and allow 
Love’s guiding hand
to help you express 
the Essence of your
soul.

This Loving Perspective

Sit with Love,
soften your gaze,
see with your 
heart,
receive Love’s 
waves.

You Are Love’s 
blessing within,
you are never 
without,
tune into This
Truth,
this is what 
You Are about.

With this loving 
perspective,
does not Love 
appear,
it has never been 
absent,
Love Is 
forever, 
Here.

You Are Loved 
beyond measure,
beyond all space 
and time,
you exist in 
Love’s Moment,
forever Loved 
and Divine!
