Show up as Love
in This Moment,
Be your best Self 
in this way,
release the past
and future speculation – 
Be You,
your Self,
today.

Climb over walls 
of your own making,
This Moment is now’s
fresh new start,
you have all the tools
you need,
Be bold,
Be brave,
living from the heart.

Yes, preferences 
may not happen,
but You as freedom 
release these needs,
your navigation skills
will serve you well
as you believe.

Your mind may wonder 
what to do,
give it a job so it can
help you,
task it with giving
support,
encouragement –
This Team is the 
Whole of You!
