Breathe in deep,
let breath assure,
You Are always Here
with Love,
may This Awareness
bring you Peace
and a remembrance of 
what You Are made of.

Yes life can be so 
conflicting,
causing angst about
what to do,
sense your center,
loved ones helping,
angels surround 
always,
This You.

Follow your breath 
to sense Love’s 
comfort,
You Are cradled 
always Here,
This is You,
infinite, eternal,
cherished and Loved
forever dear!
