New Growth

In the midst of change
it may be hard to see
the growth,
take a snapshot
of you dear one,
you are evolving
more than you
know.

There are big shifts
and then baby steps
that you wish would
lengthen their stride,
as time is not
the focus Here,
check in to your
Self deep inside.

Ego loves to resist
change,
it is this resistance
that wears you out,
from your Self that
watches this,
notice what the friction
is all about.

You need not change
all of your ego,
the change is You
emerging Here,
say hello to You
eternal,
This is the change
you welcome, dear!
