A Shift to You

Life is a roller coaster 
ride,
one thing goes up,
another down,
you may be looking 
for a way to keep 
both feet upon 
the ground.

But you are more than
this human self,
you know this deep 
within your soul,
you cannot talk ego
into this,
but shift to the You 
that always knows.

It is hard not to 
try to fix
what the external world 
brings to you,
yes you will do and be
in this world,
but your power is from
a different view.

Surround your self 
with grace,
compassion,
as you shift to see 
your Truth,
from the Self 
that is eternal,
holy,
know This Home
is forever with You!
