With No Resistance

Notice your resistance,
you know this feeling
well,
sense where you feel it,
where do you tighten,
what is your body’s
consistent tell.

You try to counteract 
this feeling,
but this can be 
resistance too,
better yet –
release it fully,
so it has no place
to cling to.

Your body is a 
communicator,
letting you know 
the beliefs you hold,
as you dive beneath
the surface,
see what doesn’t serve you –
and let it go.

Life brings its challenges,
but You Are Strength,
do not waste energy
on what you resist,
face life fully as a
powerful soul,
tap into your Truth
as All of This!
