A Little Release

What do you hold on
and cling to,
what beliefs no longer
serve,
these do not need 
to be big concerns,
what small things 
might you unlearn?

Begin with little annoyances,
preferences,
what comes up for you
so quick,
might you smile
when you see
there is no need for
much of this.

Begin to be aware 
of what can make 
the ego fall or trip,
as You Are more 
than this role on
earth,
might you be able 
to handle this?

Be fully human while
you are here,
but observe the hoops 
that you jump through,
as you release what you 
thought you so needed,
Here is Love and Peace 
as You!
