Carpe Diem

Ego rises to all 
occasions,
bringing with it 
worry and doubt,
the more distracted 
ego makes you,
then is not ego what
life is about.

Your brilliant mind 
is a problem-solver,
it needs not ego to 
stir things up,
along with the innate
Peace of your soul,
you have infinite resources
to figure things out.

When internal drama
begins to tell stories,
look with open eyes
to core beliefs,
you and your experiences 
created these scripts,
remove or re-write 
to gain healing relief.

Return to the Seat of
your Soul,
Here find your Strength 
and Courage always,
sense your power 
flowing freely,
raising you up to 
seize the day!
