Believe in the Love
You Are.

What makes you tight,
what adds constriction,
it may be time or
preferences made,
remove the barriers
that hold you down –
release to the Love
You Are.

These are the layers
that make you feel
that you are slogging
through the muck,
lighten your load
to see more clearly –
trust in the Love
You Are.

Experiences in life
will always need
tending,
but You as a streamlined
soul can see,
without the added burdens
to carry,
Be amazed at the
Love You Are.

With a freer mind
and open heart,
there is no-thing
you cannot do,
rearrange, reset,
refigure,
realizing the Love
You Are.

Let go of “shoulds,”
“have to” and see
with eyes that see
more of the Whole,
as wholly You
now free of judgment,
know Peace and Joy
as the Love You Are!
