Steadfast and true
Love stands beside
you,
through thick or thin,
never far but near,
your hopes are realized –
loved ones know 
the journey you travel –
they are always Here.

Yes your heart yearns
for physical contact,
in life this change 
is hard to take,
but changeless is the 
Gift of Love,
heart to heart connections 
are Here everyday.

Count on Love,
your souls together
cannot be separate 
or pulled apart,
Love is a promise,
never broken,
loved ones are 
with you,
heart to heart!
