This Center of You

You may feel 
you are not heard,
but Love hears everything 
you say,
you wish for messages
to be received,
but life shows up  
in different ways. 

You look for affirmation 
to help you know
that you are doing 
fine,
bumping up against 
another may stir up
patterns from past 
times. 

With Love’s help 
create a space
for these emotions 
to feel at home,
you need not analyze 
every detail,
observe and comfort
from your soul. 

Return to the Center 
of You,
releasing judgment
that separates,
from This Wholeness
is not healing 
remembering 
You Are Loved
always!
