Presence

Reel in your focus 
that expands as you
try to understand 
this life,
bring your attention 
to this breath,
to Here,
your present,
to your Light.

You can search ahead,
you may look below,
but do not miss
This Truth,
All That You Are,
what is Real always,
is Love presently 
experiencing you.

Resist the urge
to live out of 
bounds,
your soul knows
the way back Home,
from This Eternal
You Are Infinite,
One of All 
and never alone.

It may feel like 
a paradox
that the present 
holds All That Is,
in This Moment
You Are Everything –
Love’s forever answer to 
every wish!

    One nugget I shall try to remember is that while I am so very preoccupied, I need to stop, breath and recognize I am Occupied.
