With Strength

Let Love be the Strength 
that lifts you up 
when you are 
feeling down,
when mind is full
and energy lags,
Love is the string of lights
that shines and 
surrounds.

You need not be strong 
at all times,
take a rest,
a breath
and pause,
know that when 
you really need it,
Love is Here for you –
for One is All.

Plug into your connection 
that is always Here –
you can count on This,
be it a rest
or re-energizing,
Love’s Strength is Here,
you can count on This!
