Relax when you sense
constriction,
Love helps you expand
when you feel tight,
begin by breathing in 
Love’s breath,
exhale knowing All 
will be alright.

Your egoic body 
communicates,
but it is not the center
of the Whole of You,
the Essence of your Soul 
exists beyond what 
your story tells you.

Do your best in 
every circumstance
and do not judge
with a critical eye,
ask Love to guide you
through this life,
your expanded Self 
is ready to soar 
and fly!
