You Are Strength,
You Are Courage,
these naturally flow
all through you,
a prayer of Gratitude
helps them rise,
so you may do what
there is to do.

Allow integration
of life and soul
to help you see
that you are complete,
perfection is not
the goal of Truth,
Oneness and Wholeness
is You, naturally.

May Gratitude lift
and strengthen you,
Be in Love’s flow and
see what Love brings,
sense your innate
Lightness of Be-ing,
This is the You
that comes naturally!
