With Love

Are there not a thousand 
little things 
that can rattle you 
in this life,
in a hustle bustle
hurried way,
your scattered thoughts
can make you feel
tight.

Your breath can 
ground,
your feet can walk,
you may find a simple
chore to do,
check in with 
your soul who 
observes and knows
Love’s essence that 
flows through you.

You need not figure
out your mind,
simply tune into 
your heart,
your soul is where 
the Peace you seek
is Here and never,
ever far.

Welcome Home 
dear child of Love,
take respite and know 
you are not alone,
let us take each step
together,
I Am with you –
Love,
your Soul.
