Breathe Love in,
Be with it Now,
this fresh moment
is All That Is,
release any burden
that feels heavy,
All that you need 
is Here,
is This.

From this clean slate
create with wonder,
This moment,
This day is fresh
and new,
your Light shines
forever, always – 
even if sometimes 
clouds obscure 
the view.

With clear Vision 
and heart so open,
Be a conduit for 
Love to flow,
may you fly free 
in This experience,
your body,
your mind –
One with 
your soul!
