The Whole of You

Be the Love you 
know you are,
Be This every moment
toward you,
Love your self – 
this child within 
wants to know Love 
is for them too.

Past wounds heal 
from This release,
Love’s energy knows
what to do,
allow emotion to 
come up
so Love can surround
all parts of you.

You are the yin 
and the yang,
and these together 
make up the Whole,
This Circle is never-ending,
infinite, eternal 
is You as soul. 

Be rooted as majestic
tree,
your branches reach 
for the stars,
You Are All of This
and All between,
Be Strength,
Be empowered 
by the Love 
You Are!
