Aligning to Peace

Breathe in deep 
to reset and realign
as you begin your
day,
sometimes you need 
to start again to clear
a more congruent
way.

As the keeper of
your energy,
you have tools to 
help you out,
remnants of a dream
or feeling sideways 
in life can toss you
about.

You need not fix 
all that surrounds
you,
but you can bring 
your best Self 
there,
invite the Peace 
of your soul
to accompany you 
always,
anywhere!
