A Peaceful Pause

When your mind
gets busy with 
the details that 
fill your mind
in life,
take a beat,
a moment of stillness,
breathe in deeply,
notice your Light.

In This Pause
is You as Peace,
Here is Love filling
in all cracks,
Here is You
whole and complete,
there is no-thing
that you lack.

Take a moment 
in This Presence,
This is You – 
remember dear,
when you need 
clarity and focus,
a peaceful pause
returns you always
Here!
