Be Here this day,
this moment,
this now,
Be present with
the Whole of You,
sometimes the soft Voice
of your soul
waits for perfect timing
to come through.

Meet your soul
upon your breath,
carve out time
for This to Be,
when you wish for
a reset,
Love reminds you
to return to thee.

All of This
is in All
of You,
yes human conditions
apply to your life,
with awareness,
faith and your heart,
make the shift
to your soul,
your Light.

Ask for help to see
another way,
release your grip
on ego’s state
of mind,
the human condition is
fraught with angst,
but You as Soul
are well and fine!
