I Am.

If you search 
and cannot see,
see with the Eyes 
of your Soul,
if feeling lost 
know Love is
Here,
say it softly – 
I Am.

Identity in life 
can shift,
life is a rollercoaster
ride,
return to You,
regain your balance,
say it strongly – 
I Am.

The past is heavy 
and out of touch,
you need not fear
the future dear,
bring All of You
to This Moment,
Here is your Strength –
I Am.

You need not fix 
what is not broken,
the body does the 
best it can,
honor it with Love
and Compassion –
in Gratitude 
Be
I Am.

Love reminds that 
You Are Whole,
no matter what life
sends your way,
with the Courage of
a thousand angels,
sing out your Truth –
I Am!
