This Expanded You

Feelings and thoughts 
are human perceptions,
they expand and contract 
in the human mind,
but there is another 
frequency present,
one that with the noise
may be hard to find.

This Awareness is your 
I Am presence,
it is what observes and
sees what you do,
yes doing is part of 
the human experience,
but your True Be-ing
is the constant You.

You need not change 
thoughts or your feelings,
but as you move to 
This Expanded You,
as This Perspective
do you not see more 
clearly,
your thoughts shift 
as Peace now flows 
through you.

Look with new eyes 
at what identifies you,
ask yourself Who 
You truly Are,
from This Perspective 
that exists eternal,
You Are the Light 
of a thousand stars!
