A Quiet Reflection

Take time to rest,
in quiet reflection
find your Peace,
find blessings
to numerous
to count,
even in chaos,
You Are This Peace.

Even in fearful
turmoil,
human kindness
rises above,
when the usual
is stripped away,
in desperate moments –
Here always is Love.

Life may return to
its usual ways,
comparing, contrasting,
separating me and you,
but the Heart
never forgets,
in All Present Moments,
Love is flowing through!
