Take good care
of your self,
in the ebb and flow
of life,
anger, frustration,
the fog of grief
can do much
to dim your
Light.

But do not leave
strong emotions
behind,
when they arise
sit with them dear,
bring these shadows
to the Light
so you may see with
vision clear.

Life is an exploration,
a journey,
some days move forward,
sometimes they pause,
bring your self comfort,
Be Here fully,
Love walks with you
throughout it all!
