Outside In

When the busy and 
distraction
fade away do you 
not search
for the next thing 
on your list,
what should you do 
or need to learn?

It is good to 
take a breath,
let dark of winter 
slow you down,
turn to your quiet 
deep center
that needs no noise 
or distracting sound.

There is an ebb and
flow to life,
move with the currents,
Be at Peace dear,
as you turn from 
outside-in,
loved ones and angels
join you Here!
