Listen to the steady 
rhythms of your 
heart and breath 
at rest,
return Here to 
your Peace 
when life is full
of human-ness.

The world may throw 
out many things
to see what may 
ultimately stick,
humanity is a pendulum,
rising on one side 
until another clicks.

Heed your internal 
call to Love,
it may be a respite 
or a call to act,
know completely 
you are supported,
in your wholeness
you remain intact. 

From your center 
aligned and balanced,
yes participate in 
the world,
as life’s sands blow
all around you,
shine your Light – 
Love’s precious pearl!
