today.

You have a list with
things to do,
of course this helps 
with follow through,
but remember 
You Are This – 
flow with 
your soul
today.

This flow may help you
get things done,
might it also steer you
to something fun,
what gentle nudge 
comes dropping in –
flow with 
your soul
today.

You may reach out 
to a beloved friend,
or celebrate a project
that comes to an end,
what calls you that 
is not on your list –
flow with 
your soul
today.

What kind thing can
you do for you,
breathing with the trees,
seeing sky so blue,
it is so easy to 
Be Gratitude –
when you flow 
with your soul
today!
