Take time to still
your mind dear one,
listen with your heart –
what does it say,
tender moments bring 
you to tears,
might you experience 
a tender day.

Rejoice as spring 
begins new life,
hear song of bird that 
in winter you missed,
may you sense hope
of a new day dawning,
turn your face to sun
for its warming kiss.

Enjoy family, friends
or time alone,
surrounded by Love –
alone you cannot be,
Love is in every 
precious breath,
may your day unfold
so tenderly!
