Resonance

Find your field 
of resonance,
how does your knowing
speak to you,
some may sense 
electrical sensations,
another may feel energy
passing through.

There may be no 
apparent bodily 
sensations,
resonance does not come
from parts unknown,
your soul is integrated 
in your body,
but You Are forever 
and always Home.

Might resonance 
be a recognition,
with no need to 
analyze,
as a resonant, spiritual
Be-ing,
follow the breadcrumbs,
letting go of “why.”

As human you crave 
more understanding,
but flex your spiritual 
muscles dear,
be it resonance,
awareness or 
true knowing –
tune into This,
your Self, 
right Here!
