Breathe Free

Breathe Free.

May your freedom 
be a loosening 
of beliefs you once
held tight,
thank the old protections,
release them now as
you no longer need
to fight.

Breathe Free.

Be patient with 
this loosening,
you need not know 
the when or why,
trust in the process,
trust your energy,
it re-aligns with 
earth and sky.

Breathe Free.

Simply Be Here now,
showing up as You
in present moments,
dear,
sense Love’s support,
walking with you 
arm in arm and 
with each step 
Here.

Breathe Free.

Freedom is remembrance 
of Who You Are – 
with new eyes now
you see,
surrender to This Truth,
trust in Love, Beloved 
and Breathe Free!
