With Simplicity

Get back to basics,
stand upon your 
foundation strong,
the outside world can
feel chaotic,
return to Love’s infinite
eternal bond.

Your breath is a bridge
from body to soul,
your heart beats Truth
inside of you,
return Here for 
a sweet reset,
This present moment
informs what to do.

Resist looking in the
future,
only visit past when
it helps to heal,
return to basics 
with simplicity,
reset and realign with 
what is Real!
