Brave and Clear

May your breath 
bring the calm 
you seek,
may your Light 
shine the way 
ahead,
the world has ways 
of grabbing your 
attention,
may internal Peace 
Be your intention
instead.

This is not to hide
or retreat from 
life’s challenges,
your steady Light 
is needed, dear,
as Strength and Courage
are your Essence,
Be You authentic – 
Be brave and clear.

With your feet grounded
on Mother Earth,
your ancient roots also
include the stars,
the Consciousness of 
All That Is flows 
through you –
as you awaken to 
the Love You Are!
