honor the body-soul 
connection,
a miracle of This 
incarnation of You.

Embrace your quirks
that express uniqueness,
you are not a rubber 
stamp,
you may have scars  
from some life struggles,
honor their journey
as you,
I Am.

Give the gift of 
rest and restoration,
your vessel is grateful 
when you do,
fully charge up 
dear beautiful Light
