The Whole of You

Listen as your body 
talks to you,
where do you flow or
might you constrict,
fear or anxiety may
give you clues
for you to dive in 
deeper yet.

With no judgment 
now set a table,
invite in what wishes 
to be seen,
parts of you that you
think are shadow,
now seen in Light are
what sets you free.

Ego is a master at
keeping secrets,
it wishes to hide 
from you what 
You Know,
these parts of you 
that you think are
shadow,
is ego hiding the Truth – 
You Are Whole.

There is no way to 
break up your 
wholeness,
use Love’s Light 
to see This is True,
with loving eyes,
see what you thought
was hiding,
now in This Light,
welcome the 
Whole of You!
