A Loosening

Sense Love’s Flow
bubbling within,
its natural progression 
is to rise,
let it move freely,
unencumbered
from old beliefs 
you gathered 
in life.

Once you loosen 
and are open
do not these layers
begin to lift,
the Flow of Love taps 
on them gently,
as you have grown
they no longer fit.

You may feel 
vulnerable for 
a moment,
shedding the armor 
you donned in 
fear,
may this Flow of Love
help you reclaim your
natural Strength
and Joy here.

You need not look 
to the external,
allow what is naturally 
You to rise,
thank and honor 
old protections,
as the warrior in you
now trusts Love’s Light!
