Grounding

Chaos is energy 
not grounded,
be the antidote 
to this,
Be You in any 
present moment –
Love grounds you.

Tune into vibration 
of a cat’s purr,
stroke the head of
a grateful dog,
watch the strength 
of a deer bounding –
animals ground you.

Behold the trees as 
seasons begin 
their transition of 
letting go,
marvel at abundant
perennial’s persistence –
nature grounds you.

You Are always 
holy connected,
the world is not meant
to make sense,
find your Peace
in Love eternal that
grounds your body –
loving you!
