Be steady.
Your heart beats 
a rhythm like
a drum.

When you need 
grounding,
guidance –
your center knows 
where you come
from.

In any storm 
you gather in,
aware of surroundings 
and what to do.

Be steady and calm,
look around,
listen to your heart,
a gateway to You.

Life can feel sometimes
precarious,
energy shifts upon
winds of change.

Be steady.
Wholly grounded.
sync with Love’s rhythm,
come what may!

  2. How powerfully meaning-FULL words are, like these from today’s gift, “listen to your heart,
    a gateway to You” -instead of a bridge from you to an ‘Other’ how directly clear is that!
