Dear Beloved,
sit with Love.

You may have 
shoulds,
you may have 
lists,
your attention scatters,
giving you fits,
yes linear time is 
a clock ticking,
but dear Beloved,
sit with Love.

Take but a moment,
allow the world 
to still,
marvel at your breath,
the power of your will,
now release the 
push and pull,
hello dear Beloved,
sit with Love.

Here is the space 
that is beyond 
time,
Here is the quiet 
above thoughts 
and mind,
You Are Home in 
every moment,
welcome dear Beloved,
always with Love!
