A simple breath,
a quiet moment,
relax and take a beat
to Be.

Tune into heart,
with no questions,
Be Love this moment,
forever free.

Give you this break,
This Is your Essence,
Be still and hear your
own heart’s song.

Beyond words is 
your Truth singing,
your soul invites you
to sing along.

Be simply You,
throughout this day,
this is All you 
need to do.

A simple breath,
quiet reflection,
Love says Beloved – 
I Love You!
