In the Stillness

The world of duality 
is very noisy,
opposites careen 
and crash,
life is full of 
egos shouting,
return to stillness,
Here is Peace.

You need not run away
and hide,
though respite is a 
welcome rest,
in any moment you
can remember –
return to stillness,
Here is Peace.

Feel Gratitude for
what is simple,
a sip of tea,
a stroke of fur,
in the rhythm of fall’s
cricket symphony
is stillness and 
your Peace.

Your quiet breath 
aligns you with 
Love’s Source that 
flows through you,
Here in the eye 
of any storm,
is You as stillness,
forever Peace!
