This Calm

Be flexible.
Go with the flow.
Take a beat,
check within,
do you move quickly 
or take it slow?

Life unfolds in 
myriad ways,
you may need 
to change your
plans,
there are times when
you start over
or find the Strength 
to try again.

Be open, 
bend not break,
the best move may
be stillness dear,
in This Calm,
return to Peace,
what you seek
is always Here!
