A Space to Be

In between 
Here is the quiet,
this expands when 
focus is placed 
Here.

This is the eternal 
space of Be-ing,
in between moments 
that say, “hey look here.”

Life will always be 
very noisy,
like relentless winds
that stir things up 
in fall.

Do you not appreciate 
the quiet even more 
once noise slows down
to a crawl?

This in between is 
infinite, eternal,
return Here to 
this Place of Peace.

If nerves are frayed
from discordant 
winds of change,
return Home,
in between
and Be!
