This Presence of Now

You Are Now –
in This moment,
beyond time is 
the Eternal You,
past and future possibilities 
weave a story ego 
sees as truth.

In life you accept 
this identity,
but when these layers
feel heavy dear,
know that you can 
Be simply You,
leaving linear time and 
Be-ing Present Here.

Might you expand your
perception of Now,
allowing Presence to be 
a natural state,
you will still navigate
both time and life,
but more open and 
with a clean slate.

Play with this fresh 
perspective of time,
yes you as human 
may be a bit confused,
but your soul Is the
Presence of Now
and delights in this 
dance with you!
