Simply Truth

Take this day
one breath
at a time,
Be Here, Be Now
not future or
past,
your mind is so good
at projecting,
but Here is experience
that forever lasts.

Return to body and
look around,
Be present with You –
take in All This,
This present moment
is You as timeless,
your mindful presence
is truly Love’s gift.

Here is where you integrate
the experience of life
with the forever You,
savor and cherish
all senses that flow
as One –
This Presence is
simply Truth!
